We had a fantastic stay at this charming boutique hotel. Its location is perfect, being close to all the action Asheville has to offer while situated in a quiet area. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with luxurious amenities like steam showers and cozy beds. the service was top-notch, with the staff being attentive and accommodating. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and the beautiful views from the rooftop area. the hotel is conveniently close to the freeway and within walking distance of Whole Foods.
We did find one aspect of the hotel to be slightly disappointing: the lack of on-site management.

We had a beautiful view. Fuddruckers, located within 15 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose bunn house - a boutique. We would go back in flash when visiting Asheville...

The room was clean and had modern amenities like a steam shower and a mini fridge stocked with complimentary drinks. the location was great, only a short walk or Uber ride away from downtown. the space felt private and quiet.
The room felt a bit small compared to the price we paid. the lack of a breakfast option in the morning meant we needed to go out to eat, adding extra cost and time to our day.

Loved my weekend getaway! Drinks and snacks upon arrival were a lovely touch and the amenities were great, especially the steam shower! The location was also perfect for exploring the city and the rooftop view was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend to friends.
Only thing to note is that since it's an old house, the rooms can be a bit noisy with creaking floors and thin walls. If you're a light sleeper this might be an issue, but overall didn't detract from the experience.

Spent Xmas at a boutique hotel and loved it! The locally sourced goodies in the room were so yummy, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking! The hotel was situated a stone's throw away from the bustling streets, making it easy to leave the car behind. The decor was a great combination of modern and old school brick, and the Nespresso machine was a lifesaver.
It was quite noisy, with the air condensers and white noise system above the bed making it hard to settle down. I would have appreciated an onsite manager as issues we encountered were not addressed immediately, like not having matches or a working fire starter for the fire pit and the safe not working.

During my stay in Asheville, I had the pleasure of staying at a lovely boutique hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to all the action Asheville has to offer. I could easily walk to many restaurants and shops nearby. The room I stayed in was comfortable and spacious, with luxurious linens and a sound machine for a restful sleep. The bathroom was modern and had L'Occitane amenities. The hotel also provided complimentary snacks, beer, and wine, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.
I did notice that there was no mention of a breakfast option at the hotel.
